Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy
A 25% fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 24 business hours' notice. Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the total cleaning fee.

Safety Precautions

To ensure the safety of our cleaning teams and customers, we request that any weapons in your home be securely stored in designated areas during cleaning appointments. This prevents potential accidents and misunderstandings, as our team members are not trained to handle weapons. Your cooperation helps us maintain a secure environment for everyone involved.

Precautionary Measures

If someone in your household is unwell, we encourage the use of masks while our cleaning team is present. This helps protect the health of everyone involved and minimizes the spread of germs. Please inform us in advance of any health concerns that might affect our appointment.

Preparing for Cleaning
Please pick up personal items before our arrival to allow us to focus on detailed cleaning. Our team does not organize or move personal items. Excluded services: washing dishes, putting dishes away, laundry, folding laundry, and garage cleaning.

Home Access
A 100% fee will be charged if access to your home is not provided on the scheduled service day. We will do our best to accommodate and, if possible, reschedule to access your home.

Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of service. A $10 fee will be applied for payments past due by 5 days from the service date, with an additional $1 per day thereafter. A $35 fee will be applied for any returned checks.

Rate Changes
We will communicate any price adjustments well in advance. Rates may increase annually based on industry standards and economic factors.

Quality Assurance
We value your feedback. If our service does not meet your expectations, please report it within 24 hours. We will return to address any issues at no additional charge.

Pets
We are pet-friendly but ask that pets posing a threat be secured. Sensitive pets should be kept in a crate or confined space during our visit. 

Breakage Policy
Accidents can happen. We review incidents on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for unstable items. Please move expensive items to a safe location. For items over $25, we will arrange for professional repair. Breakages must be reported within 24 hours.
